At Yu Hotel, we understand that travel plans may change. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policies for both hotel stays and merchandise purchases.

 

Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation window to accommodate your travel needs:

✔ Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations or modifications made more than 3 days before your scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
  • No cancellation fees will be charged during this period.

❌ Late Cancellation (Less than 3 Days Before Arrival)

  • If you cancel or modify your booking within 3 days of your arrival date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • This includes cancellations received on the day of check-in.

🚫 No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be marked as a No-Show, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of a No-Show.

 

⚠️ Please ensure any changes or cancellations are communicated with us at least 3 days in advance to avoid charges.

 

Merchandise Orders (Beddings, Tea Products)

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all merchandise sales are final.

🚫 No Cancellations or Refunds

  • Once an order is placed for bedding collections, tea products, or other personal items, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • This policy ensures all customers receive new, unused products of the highest quality.
