Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address you provide.
  • The final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase, allowing you to review and confirm your order.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within Malaysia. We regret that we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
  • For customers who are located in Kuala Lumpur, we offer the option to self-pickup from the hotel at no additional charge.

To select self-pickup, simply choose the “Pick Up at Hotel” option during checkout. Our hotel address will be provided for easy collection.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing times. Orders placed during peak seasons or holidays may experience longer processing times.

 

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times for merchandise within Malaysia typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location and chosen shipping method.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


Self-Pickup Option

  • If you are in Kuala Lumpur, you can choose to pick up your order directly from Yu Hotel to avoid shipping fees.
  • Simply choose “Self Pickup” during checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Pick-up hours: 9am - 6pm


Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted local delivery partners to handle the shipping of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and your location.
  • If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order to arrange faster delivery options. Additional fees may apply.


Packaging

  • We take great care to ensure your merchandise is securely packaged. All items will be carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.


Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of reshipping the order.
