At Yu Hotel, we strive to ensure that our guests and customers are satisfied with their experience. Please read our refund policy carefully for both hotel stays and merchandise purchases.

 

Hotel Bookings

We offer a flexible cancellation and refund structure for all hotel bookings:

✅ Eligible for Full Refund

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will be non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made on the check-in date will also be non-refundable.
  • No-shows (failure to check in without prior notice) are considered non-refundable.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Merchandise Orders (Beddings, Tea Products, etc.)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all merchandise sales are final.

  • ❌ No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is confirmed.
  • This applies to all pre-order items and ready-stock items, including mattresses, bedding collections, and tea products.

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
