Many people find hotel Wi-Fi unreliable — not necessarily because the connection is slow, but because too many users are competing for bandwidth at the same time. As someone who stays in my own hotel regularly, I understood this issue from day one. That’s why we invested early on in upgraded equipment and special configurations to ensure fair and stable internet access for every guest.

Of course, if there are outages from Malaysia’s national telco providers, that’s beyond our control — but we do everything we can on our end to make sure your connection is smooth and consistent.
